THE PROBLEM

Susan from Tailwind Marketing approached us on behalf of her client, a periodontist who had recently purchased an existing practice and was undergoing a full rebrand. The owner wanted a fresh start — a new name, a new brand identity, and updated marketing materials to match his vision. Susan had already developed the new logo and brand direction, and came to Avallo to bring it all together online.

Using the brand assets, along with photos and videos provided by Susan, we designed a clean, modern website that followed the new brand standards. The site was built to be easy to navigate, visually showcase the doctor and his team, and give patients an inviting and professional first impression.

Organizing Content

Avallo received a collection of text, photos, and videos and was tasked with organizing and presenting the content in a way that was both visually appealing and easy to navigate.

We incorporated thoughtfully designed backgrounds, custom icons, and well-formatted text layouts to make the pages engaging. We also introduced subtle movement and animations, allowing information to appear naturally as users scrolled, creating a dynamic, inviting reading experience.

Videos were strategically placed alongside relevant content, providing potential patients with a genuine sense of the office environment, the equipment, and the team. This combination of visual storytelling and clean design helped establish trust and connection from the very first visit to the website.

THE REVIVE TEAM

A strong dental team is essential to building trust and promoting lifelong oral health, so it was important to introduce the practice in a way that felt both professional and welcoming. We structured the page to first highlight the doctor and his philosophy of care, followed by a detailed biography that established his expertise and commitment to patients.

From there, we introduced the rest of the staff, using friendly, approachable bios written by Susan at Tailwind Marketing. Each team member's profile showcased not only their professional qualifications but also their personal dedication to patient care, helping to create an immediate connection with visitors.

It was a true collaboration with Tailwind Marketing, and we look forward to partnering with them again on future projects.
